Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has found himself in the middle of a sex tape scandal. The sex tape which features Lastonia Leviston, the baby mama of rap superstar Rick Ross appears to be another piece of the long standing beef between him and Fif.
Court documents state Leviston and her aunt were in the courtroom wiping tears as her Lawyer, Philip Freidin made his opening remarks. It’s said that 50 cent commented on her private parts, talked about her stretch marks from childbirth and referred to her as a slut. In her lawsuit, Leviston alleges that 50 Cent nearly drove her to suicide. The tape was filmed in 2008 by her then boyfriend, Maurice Murray who sold it to “Fitty.”
Leviston claims since the superstar released the video on his website that her life has been ruined. She’s suing for unspecified damages and 50’s lawyer says she after rapper’s deep pockets. We’ll see how this turns out. I smell an out of court settlement coming…
