Nick Gordon, is now being accused of wrongful death in the amended lawsuit filed by the late 22-year-old’s conservator Bedelia Hargrove.
Hargrove gave a statement to Us Weekly saying:
“I am deeply saddened by the recent death of Bobbi Kristina Brown,” “I have filed today an amended complaint against Nicholas Gordon adding a count of wrongful death and for pain and suffering. We will leave no stone unturned in seeking justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown.”
The amended lawsuit of Bobbi Kristina alleges Gordon, 25, of “being out all night on a cocaine and drinking binge,” and giving Bobbi Kristina a “toxic cocktail.” According to the amended lawsuit, the concoction left her “unconscious,” and he “then put her face down in a tub of cold water, causing her to suffer brain damage.”
Gordon allegedly physically beat his girlfriend, accused her of cheating, and called her a “whore and bitch.”
The document also alleges that after placing her underwater, Gordon then changed his clothes and “afterward he got in bed, and laid his head on a female guest’s ankle and stated, ‘Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.’”
Fifteen minutes later, an unidentified person reportedly found Bobbi Kristina in the bathtub with “a dust pan…in the bottom of the bathtub.” According to the lawsuit, she was unconscious, her mouth was swollen, and she had teeth hanging loosely from her mouth reportedly from Gordon’s punches.
The document also claims that Bobbi Kristina died from injuries caused by, Defendant’s actions on Jan. 31, 2015.”
Gordon is also being accused of stealing from Bobbi Kristina and withdrawing thousands of dollars from her accounts. The lawsuit seeks at least $10 million in damages.
On July 12, Gordon was served in Florida, but, as instructed by his lawyers, did not open the papers due to a state law forbidding people being served on a Sunday. Gordon’s legal team stated they plan to file a countersuit against the lawyers who served him.
Following Bobbi Kristina’s death, Gordon’s mom issued a statement on his behalf.
“The passing of Bobbi Kristina is devastating to Nick and our family,” Michelle Gordon told Us. “Nick loved and cared for Krissi deeply, and he has suffered greatly each and every day they’ve been apart. Nick and our family are in mourning, and we ask that you respect our privacy. Our thoughts and prayers are with both the Houstons and the Browns during this difficult time.”
Wow… all I can say is WOW! I expected the allegations to start rolling in but damn the extent of these allegations are shocking. They are basically accusing this dude of cold blooded murder. It would seem like they would wait until the authorities were finished with their investigation to start pointing their fingers this tough. I mean, there hasn’t even been any legal charges brought against him yet. I don’t know, the story sounds all a little too sketchy for me.
For one who is the white girl and why would she be in the house in the bed room with Nick and Bobbi Kristina. You kow “Whitney’s Daughter” wasn’t havin nothin like that! And where is this mystery witness that pulled her from the tub? I mean really. I’m not buying the whole bit that Nick actually placed this woman that he loved face down in the tub to drown and then changed his clothes and went to lay down with another woman in the home while BK just lay there and drowned.
Now do I think that they had this crazy drugged out relationship. Yeah, that is very believable. What young couple doesn’t more especially in the world of entertainment. And look at her example of how a relationship is supposed to be. Her parents were Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown! That was dysfunctional love to the MAX!
But despite all the rumors I don’t believe that Gordon intentionally served BK this “evil magic potion” to kill her. I just don’t know, but I’m not willing to believe anything that they are trying to accuse him of until the investigation proves it because I feel like her family is lashing out in pain. Sure they want answers but this is not the way to go about it.
Wow….this tells me there were more people in the house then first reported…smh
