Study shows that everything we put inside our mouth is a reflection of who we are. The food pyramid chart that we’re raised on through modern education, is in actuality a misleading nutritional dietary plan. The best food combination vs the worst food combination requires simple study of oneself. Each food color, has a specific order to protect each organ in your body. Each fruit and vegetable has a certain algorithm toward eating down to an exact science. In ancient times modern combination of food was a culture (way of life) and not a practice.
A Poor food combination inlcudes proteins with carbohydarates, fats & oils.
Example: Milk + Cereal (Protein + Carbbohydrates)
Eggs + Butter (Protein Fats & Oils)

A Good food combination includes carbbohydreates with mildy-starchy veggies, fats and oils. Protiens and mild starchy vegetables are also a good combination.

Examples:

Fish + Corn (Protien + Mildy Starchy)
Beans + Carrorts (Carbohydrates + Mildy Starchy)

Olive Oil + Potatoes

(Carbohydrates + Fats & Oils)
A Excellence food combination includes protiens, fats & oils, carbohydrates which all independalty go with non-starchy vegetables.

Examples:

Eggs + Cucumbers (Protein + Non Starchy)
Beans + Cabbage (Carbohydrates + Non Starchy)
Sesame Oil + Tomatoes (Fats & Oils Non Starchy)

A Unkown food combinaton includes (acidic, sub-acidic, sweet and melon) fruits. Although some studies belive that eating fruits alone is the best way to eat, others argue mixing acidic fruits with protiens or carbohydrates with sweets fruits is a Good food combination.

Examples:

Melons Eat Alone
Good Combination:
Grapefruit + Cherries (Acid + Sub Acid)
Mango + Grapes (Sub Acid + Sweet)
Bad Combination:

Strawberry + Bananas (Acid + Sweet)
